“Sisyphus” was eternally punished by the Olympian Gods to carry a stone to the top of a mountain. When he reached the top, the sone would crumble down and he would have to do it all over again, on infinite loop mode.
The closing track is a 6 minute synthesizer atmospheric loop, with off-beat drumming and emerging guitar solos. It encapsulates Cynical’s original concept of cosmic atmospheres, guitars, myths and melodies.
The most suitable closing for an overall innovative project.
